Carey was born and raised in Texas with her parents (mom and step father), older brother, and two younger step-sisters. She has been teaching elementary school for 19 years, grades kindergarten through 2nd, and is currently teaching 2nd grade which she loves! She moved to California with her parents and sisters when she was in high school and attended college.
Carey met Mark and stayed in California when her parents moved back to Texas. Carey loves to be with friends and family, being outside with the boys, going out to the movies, and fun family outings. She loves being goofy with the kids and does everything she can to provide a loving home for her sons and husband. We see Carey’s family at least two to three times a year. We especially love flying to Texas to visit all of our family and extended family there.
